High intensity training! Body weight and light weights with high volume to get your heart pumping!

WEDNESDAY : WTF WEDNESDAY

Often objective based workouts where coaches help you to reach your goal... but it will not be easy... that is why we call it What The F...

THURSDAY : BEACH BODY

Get your beach body ready by targeting abs, glutes, legs and cardio. Most important day of the week to prevent injuries. Ideal for those who love running to reinforce your hamstrings.

FRIDAY : TABATA

High intensity exercises for short periods of time. 20-40 seconds on with 10-20 seconds breaks! End the week with a sweat!

SATURDAY : SURPRISE

Let yourself be surprised by some crazy themes and exercises! Step out of your comfort zone alone, or sometimes in a team!

SUNDAY : LEG DAY

Legs, legs, legs and cardio! Best workout to finish your Sunday with a Netflix n' Chill!

PARENT-BABY CLASSES

Trade in the bottles for the dumbells! A class designed specifically for young moms and their babies. We reserve a safe space for your little ones so you can keep an eye on them while training!

PARENT-CHILD CLASS

Get your kids moving! Training designed for parents and their children from 4 to 13 years old. A great way to get moving as a family!
