Our Themes of the Day

MUSCLE MONDAY(80% upper body)

- After a great leg day on sunday, a muscular upper body training is the best remedy. No burpees on Mondays, come enjoy taking weights a little heavier than you are used to!

MARDIO 100% CARDIO

- Most of the exercises are body weight in order to complete the maximum of repetitions possible! Your heart rate will remain high throughout the class, perfect to burn fat reserves!

WTF WEDNESDAY

-Similar to our Tuesday class, with a psychological challenge to it! We want to make sure than at least one time throughout your hour with us you tell yourself WTF am I doing here. Wednesday will be the day you will be most proud after completing our workout!

BEACH BODY THURSDAY

Get your body beach ready with our workouts filled with abs, legs and cardio to burn fat and feel good naked(or in a bathing suit)

MUSCLE FRIDAY(full body)

Still no burpees here, enjoy a muscular full body workout after 3 days of cardio and high reps.

SATURDAY TEAM TRAINING

Although many of our themes throughout the week may include being with a partner, our Saturday class is specially for team workouts! Alone we go fast, together we go further! If you come alone, do not worry, we will match you up with the right person!

SUNDAY LEG DAY

Do not organize a hike after your Sunday workout. Prepare yourself for 45 minutes of legs legs legs and more legs!
