Jerry Blackburn opened his first Blackburn Athletics over 4 years ago with one goal in mind: to make sure that people like him (who are always looking to push their limits and challenge themselves) can train in the same class as people like his mom (a woman who has no desire to go to the Olympics and whose only goal is to stay in shape, one workout at a time).

That's why all of our group classes are tailored to all levels. Whether it's your first ever workout or you've been training every day for several years, each of our themes has been designed so that each of you can train at your own pace, in a friendly and motivating atmosphere.

Our trainers are always there to give you their best advice, correct your posture and suggest alternatives to the movements that do not suit you.
