Due to the popularity of our classes since the beginning of the school year, we are pleased to announce the addition of several new time slots in our 3 gyms! Early morning, midday, midday and late afternoon classes, our schedule will please you, no matter what your schedule!
It's also the return of the mommy-baby and parent-child classes!
The mommy-baby classes were designed to allow new moms to take time for themselves! The exercises are adapted to their situation and a toddler area is reserved for babies so that you can always keep an eye on them, while working out!
Parent and child classes on Sundays are the best way to get your 4-13 year olds moving and having fun! We offer workouts that will allow them to excel, while allowing parents to train with their children, in complete safety!
