We provide a competition free environment, and put emphasis on the quality of the movements, rather than the quantity of the weights. Everybody can join and benefit from attending these group classes on a regular basis. Whether you are pregnant, born with a "handicap" or a seasoned athlete, you have a lot to learn and to gain from this experience.
