Abs & Booty.
Since most of our valued customers are women, we have added three “abs and booty” classes per week with a yoga teacher. During 45 minutes, you will focus exclusively on these parts of your body while performing some simple yoga movements and improving your flexibility. We are all about helping you to reach your fitness goals and we will adapt all group workout plans for each of you. Each person is different and has a different body type, age, fitness level, and so on. Forget about cookie-cutter solutions and discover what personalized attention really means for us.
