In the event of illness or injury, for example, you can suspend your annual or monthly membership up to twice a year, for periods ranging from one week to a maximum of two months. The monthly payments stipulated in your contract are suspended during the suspension period and resume at the end of the suspension period. You can upgrade your monthly subscription at any time at no cost (e.g., from a 2x\/week subscription to a 3x\/week subscription). The new subscription starts for a new cycle. You can also downgrade your monthly subscription (e.g., go from a 3x\/week subscription to a 2x\/week subscription).
